Easy walk to the Saturday Farmers Market, the Hop Stop, and Old Poway Park. No HOA.

Twenty-two years

We bought this lot in 2004 — a lifelong dream to build a custom home — working closely with the architect to get every detail right. During Covid, we took on another labor of love — building the ADU so we could spend more time with adult kids at home as we got older. Living with two independent spaces on one lot changed how our family spends time together in ways we didn't expect. We're grateful for that.

We've loved living here. Old Poway is quaint and feels like a small town without being too far removed. Proximity to shops, the Saturday Farmers Market, a walk to the Park or a quick drive to the Lake — it has been a joy to be part of this community.

After 22 years, it's time to hand it on. The house is in the best shape it's ever been in, and we hope it goes to someone who'll enjoy it as much as we have.
